Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support.mood@gmail.com and send your item to:
“the address that will be provided to you by email.”

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must mail it to the following address:
“the address that will be provided to you by email.”

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Ordering & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to the UAE typically takes 6–12 business days once shipped.
Currently, we ship within the UAE. If you're located outside the UAE, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package in real time.

Simply select the size that matches your shoe size. Our insoles can be trimmed along the guidelines printed on the bottom for a perfect fit.

We offer a 30-match money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied after using our insoles for 30 matches, we'll give you a full refund.

Product Care

Remove the insoles from your shoes and wipe them with a damp cloth. Let them air dry naturally — do not put them in a washing machine or dryer.
